In the spirit of Professional Capacity Development, the SPE Benin-City Section 116 Young Professionals organizes an Emerging Leaders Workshop (ELW) to discuss on strategic skills required for Young Professionals to transition into Leadership roles across their various fields.
The theme of the maiden edition of the Emerging Leaders Workshop 2024 is “The Future of Energy in Nigeria: Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders Today”. The ELW, a 2-day workshop, scheduled for 9th – 10th May 2024 will feature Panel Sessions, Topical Presentations, Team Bonding Exercises, Breakout Sessions, and a Dinner and Awards Night to wrap up the workshop.
